What's In It For You? The features and benefits
of the electroCoustic. |

1.
Solid
Western Red Cedar body is carved for resonance and light weight.
We find the best vertical grain cedar and carve it using traditional
methods to enhance the acoustic output from our pickup system. As a
player you will reap the benefits of these efforts with light weight
and outstanding tonal quality.

2.
The pickup
system utilizes a "jazz" style mini-humbucker in conjunction
with a piezoelectric disc imbedded in the archtop style bridge. By using
the natural effects of inductance and capacitance that are inherent
in these pickups, we have been able to eliminate the usually necessary
buffer preamp that is found with most piezo based systems.

3.
The controls
are very simple…a volume knob is placed at the edge of the pickguard
where it can be easily controlled using your pinky finger. The "bias"
control lets you favor the tone of the humbucker or the piezo and find
the most pleasing balance between the two. Whether it’s a fat, sweet
jazz tone or a brushy Nashville style rhythm, the electroCoustic will
let you find that tone in a hurry.

5.
We are currently using Gotoh tuners. Sperzel open gear tuners (very light!)
are available as an option.
We
also include with the guitar a heavily padded lightweight soft case.
The "gig bag" has heavy duty zippers, several storage compartments, backpack
straps, and some of the toughest nylon luggage covering we've seen. The
package is small and light enough for "carry on" with most airlines...so
you can keep an eye on your baby while you are traveling.

The completed instrument is a versatile, lightweight (about
4 ˝ lbs.) guitar, that will not only get extremely loud, but it will have
the SOUND you have been searching for, at any gain level… |
